Julie was one of my all-time favorite students. She loved learning French and did very well at it. We would talk about the good old music from my era and she was impressed that I had the entire Pink Floyd collection. She was a beautiful girl with a beautiful soul. Sleep in light, dear Julie!

Julie was an inspiration to all who knew her. I remember so well her positive, bubbly personality and her smile that could bring sunshine into anyone's life. She met every obstacle that life threw at her head on and rose above them...always moving forward. Never was there a more positive spirit. I feel honored to have been a part of her life. She dwells in our hearts now, forever. RIP, Julie, knowing how much you are loved.

While I haven't seen Julie since she was a child, I remember how talented she was. She was in my music class and chorus at Stevenson Elemenrary. She sang a beautiful solo in A sound of music song that we performed. Fly high, Julie!
