Obituary of Sharon Lynn Whyte

Sharon Lynn Whyte entered into eternal rest on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at Kenmore Mercy Hospital. She was 69. Born on March 1, 1955, in St. Mary's Hospital in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Shirley (nee Buttery) Chamberlain.
Sharon graduated from Lewiston-Porter High School in 1973. She met the love of her life, Mark M. Pierson, in 1990, and they enjoyed 34 wonderful years together. Sharon loved shopping, cooking (to the delight of everyone who tasted her dishes), and dirt racing. Her most cherished moments were spent with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her beloved companion Mark M. Pierson; her loving son Brian (Jill) Whyte; cherished grandchildren, David and Emily Whyte; dear siblings Sandra Jastrzemski and Neal Chamberlain; caring aunt of Jason and Jodi; also survived by many dear cousins. She was predeceased by her brother David Chamberlain.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 24, 2024, from 4-8 PM at Hardison Funeral Homes, Inc., 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville, where Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 25, 2024, at 1:30 PM. Friends invited. Interment will follow in North Ridge Cemetery, Town of Cambria.
