Obituary of Edward Jerome Chamberlain

Edward Jerome “Jerry” Chamberlain, 88 of Ransomville, NY husband of the late Dorothy Zimmerman Seefeldt Chamberlain, died Friday December 28, 2018 in the Newfane Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, Newfane, NY.

Born in Syracuse, NY on May 30, 1930 he was the son of the late Edward and LaAnna MacDonald Chamberlain. Jerry was a veteran serving in the Army Air Corps. /Air Force.

He was employed as a farm hand for 30 plus years working for Curtiss Poultry Farm, Baker Farms and Borgets Dairy Farm.

Surviving is his step daughter, Barbara Williams; two brothers Richard " Dick" Chamberlain and Mike (Ann Marie) Chamberlain’ a sister June Zimmerman, also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Jerry is predeceased by his wife Dorothy and four brothers Kenneth, Howard, Marvin and Robert Chamberlain.

Family and friends may call on WEDNESDAY from 3-7 PM. At the HARDISON FUNERAL HOMES Inc., 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville, NY. Funeral service will be held THURSDAY (Jan 3) at 11:00 AM. in the funeral home, internment will follow in North Ridge Cemetery.
