Obituary of Ada Joann Wisor
Ada Joann Wisor-Critelli of Cambria passed away of natural causes on Wednesday December 12, 2018 in the Newfane Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, Newfane, NY.
Born in Glen Richie, PA on January 29, 1935 she was the daughter of the late Maurice and the late Olive Jessie Peoples Haney. She was employed by General Motors (Harrison Radiator) for 15 years retiring in 1992.
Joann is survived by her children Elaine (Dennis) McFerrin, Lori (Earl) Aukland, Gerald Wisor, Eric (Corinne) Wisor and Michael (Monika) Wisor; 19 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; her sisters Joyce (Ardell) Shirey and Verna Thompson and her best friend and love of her life of 44 years Joseph Critelli, also several nieces and nephews. Joann is predeceased by her husband Gerald ‘Chub” Wisor and a brother Jerry Haney.
NO PRIOR VISITATION. Funeral services will be held at the North Ridge United Methodist Church, 3930 North Ridge Rd., Town of Cambria on MONDAY (Dec 17) at 12:00 PM with Rev. Matthew Worley officiating. Burial will follow in the Cambria Hillside Cemetery, Town of Cambria. Arrangements entrusted to Hardison Funeral Homes Inc. Ransomville, NY. Memorial donations may be made to the North Ridge United Methodist Church.
