I was fortunate to have had the opportunity to attend RFMC as a child and teenager. Over the years there were many persons who were a great influence in my life. I learned this week of Jan Lebrun's passing. Jan was an amazing woman of faith and was instrumental in the lives of so many of the young people of the church. My fondest memories of Jan were her driving a van load of teen girls to every softball game and then playing softball along side of us. Jan was one of those people who made you believe you were special and looking back on it now it is amazing to think of how many lives Jan touched. John, Cindy, Kathy and Janice you are in my prayers.

Dear Janice, I am so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. I didn't know her personally but I know she must have been a wonderful person to have raised such a kind and thoughtful daughter. I can remember being in elementary school with you, and she would make you a wonderful cake to share for your birthday. I always had the impression she loved you very much and wanted everyone to know. That's a really special mom. My heart is broken. She was so special to me. Not just because she was my favorite Aunt, my Godmother and namesake, but because she was such a wonderful person. So loving, accepting and absolute fun.
