Larry L. Waggy of Lewiston, NY passed away on Tuesday, October 9, 2018, at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center after a lengthy illness. Born August 10, 1942 in Harrisonburg, VA, he was the son of the late Stanley and Zella (Barnes) Waggy. Larry graduated from Harrisonburg High School. He entered the United States Air Force in 1961 and made it his career serving as a ground radio communications technician and retiring as a Master Sergeant in1980. He also loved Sudoku puzzles, crossword puzzles, card games with his family, casino outings, and traveling nationally and internationally. Most importantly, Larry loved his family, and he will always be remembered for his humbleness, honesty, and loving-kindness.
