Obituary of Brian A. Eckerson

Brian A. Eckerson, age 31 of Niagara Falls NY, passed away at home on Wednesday June 13, 2018.

He was born November 9, 1986 in Niagara Falls, NY , the son of Cara (Lanphear) Eckerson and Ed Eckerson. Brian graduated from Niagara Falls High School and from NCCC with an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice. For the past three years he was employed by the City of Niagara Falls Water Department.

Brian was an avid hunter and enjoyed going to the camp with his Pops. He also was an ardent football fan of the Dallas Cowboys. He enjoyed cooking and BBQing, but most of all spending time with his children.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife, Leah (Chiaradia) Eckerson; two children, Giavanna Eckerson and Antonio Conte; a brother, Michael Eckerson; his grandparents, Danny (late Donna) Lanphear, Edward (Donna) Eckerson and Dolores Richards; his mother in law, Maryclare Erias; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. .                                                                                                                                                                  

Friends may call at the HARDISON FUNERAL HOME, N. Fourth & Ridge Streets, Lewiston on Wednesday, June 20, from 2 - 6 pm with a Memorial Service to begin at 6:00 pm with the Rev. Charles Lamb officiating. Burial will be private. Memorials may be made to HANCI, 1302 Main St., Niagara Falls, NY 14302.
