Obituary of Elaine M. Chamberlain

Elaine M. Chamberlain, age 81, formerly of Ransomville, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 4, 2017.
She was born September 9, 1936 in Greece, NY. On October 6, 1956 she married Howard J. Chamberlain. Elaine had worked at Ransomville Bus Lines, Stella Niagara, and ended her career at Hart Homecare. She enjoyed spending time with her family, playing cards, and many trips to the casino.
She is survived by her five daughters, Dorothy Wedge of Lewiston, Kelli Chamberlain-Roe (Terry) of Astoria, OR, Stacey Myers of Niagara Falls, NY, Carrie Colosi (James) of Rock Hill, SC, and Cheri Riley (John) of Newfane. She had 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She is survived as well by the children of Nancy Price, Rick Price, Rhonda Fensterer, and Beth Razawich. She was the adopted mother of Debbie Teague who she treated as one of her own. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Howard predeceased her on March 12, 2013.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 7, at 10:00 am in the First Presbyterian Church of Youngstown, 100 Church St., Youngstown with the Rev. Rex Stewart officiating. There will be no prior visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport, NY 14094 or to the Howard J. Chamberlain Scholarship c/o Lewiston-Porter FCU, 4061 Creek Rd., Youngstown, NY 14174.
