Lelanie L. “Lonnie” Ratajczak, age 82, of Newfane, formerly of Lewiston and wife of the late Dr. Herbert Ratajczak died Monday, December 4th, 2023, at home. Lonnie was born on March 30th, 1941, in Niagara Falls, NY. She is the daughter of the late Warden and the late Leota (Slack) Wynn.
Lonnie was lastly employed at NU, at the Our lady of the Angels Novena Office. She was an avid gardener, she won many awards, it was her “happy place”. She was a lifelong member of St. Peter’s RC Church in Lewiston.
She is survived by two daughters; Melissa LoDestro and Tina Fain; her grandchildren, Branden, and Jessica Gresham; grandchild, Brittany Fain, and John B. Jackson III grandchild, also a great grandchild Mason Jackson.
Services will be private with her family. Entombment will be in Gate of Heaven Holy Angels Mausoleum.
