Obituary of Jacqueline M. Lampman

Jacqueline M. Lampman, age 80 of Lewiston, died Monday September 25th, 2023 at St. Mary’s Hospital. Jackie was born April 1st, 1943 in Niagara Falls, NY. She is the daughter of the late John Polewicz and Lidia “Lena” (Chiodo) Greig. Stepdaughter to the late James C. Greig. Jackie graduated from Newfane High School in 1961. She went on to receive her RN from Monroe Community College and BS from SUNY Poly Tech. She married James B. Lampman on November 26th, 1986, he predeceased her on January 29th, 2018. Jackie worked in the medical field as a Director of Nursing at several Hospital’s and Nursing Homes. She was also a Nurse Consultant. Jackie and her husband “Jimmy “ owned several local restaurants, including The Wilson House and Jimmy’s restaurant. She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer (Wagner) Lutman, stepchildren, Steven (Mary Jane) Lampman, Vickie (John) Gensler Jimmy (Deanna) Lampman Jr., Kim (Todd) Bassinger, her siblings, Carol Coulson, Lidia Kriwox, James Greig Jr., Scott Greig. She is predeceased by her sister, Jeannie (John) Roberts. One grandchild Seth D Lutman, eight Step-grandchildren, Janelle, Josh, Errine, Anna, Jeremy, Michael, and Rachel. As well as several nieces and nephews, with a special fondness for her niece, ‘Kelly Bell.’ A memorial mass will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday October 3rd at St. Peter’s RC Church, 600 Center St. Lewiston, NY 14092. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lewiston Fire Co. #1 Ambulance Fund, 145 N 6th St. P.O. Box 748 Lewiston, NY 14092. Arrangements under the care of Hardison Funeral Homes Inc.
