Obituary of Bonnie L. Carrigan

Bonnie L. Carrigan (Nee Lapoint), age 79, of Lewiston, died Wednesday, April 3rd, 2024, at home in Lewiston. Bonnie was born on August 19th, 1944, in Niagara Falls, NY. She is the daughter of the late Serge M. and the late Violet Kemp Lapoint. She married Robert W. Carrigan II on November 4th, 1961, he predeceased her on July 16th,2020. She was a homemaker most of her life but worked for a several years at Jays Pharmacy and drove school bus for Laidlaw. Bonnie enjoyed ceramics, crocheting, knitting, camping, and traveling. Surviving are her children; Theresa (Auggie) Gagliardo, Robert W. Carrigan Jr., Christopher (Jane) Carrigan and Beth (Michael) Davis; her siblings, Donald Lapoint, Michael Lapoint and Paul (Kathy) Lapoint, also 12 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, April 10th from 11:00 AM - 1:00 pm at Hardison Funeral Home, 401 Ridge St. (N. Fourth & Ridge Streets), Lewiston, NY. Funeral services will be held immediately following at 1:00 PM in the funeral homes. Burial will be in Riverdale Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport, NY 14094.
