Ruth Pasquarette, age 77 of the Town of Cambria died unexpectedly on Saturday January 14, 2017 in Buffalo General Medical Center.
Ruth was born July 7, 1939 in Wilson, the daughter of the late Edward and Agatha (Beutel) Schaal. She was a graduate of Wilson High School and she married Gale C. Pasquarette on November 22, 1958. They have resided in Cambria since 1969.
Ruth was a very active member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Wilson. She enjoyed her workouts and exercising at the Lockport Athletic and Fitness Club.
She is survived by her husband, Gale; a son, Steve (Karen) Pasquarette of Honeoye Falls, NY; her grandchildren, Ryan, Miranda, Amy, and Aiden; and a great grandchild, Spencer. She was predeceased by a son, Andrew Pasquarette; a brother, Elton Schaal; and two sisters, Dolores Schaal and Helen Wollaber.
Friends may call at HARDISON FUNERAL HOME, 3648 Ransomville Rd., Ransomville on Tuesday from 4 - 7 pm. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, January 18, at 11:00 AM in St. Paul Lutheran Church, 220 Young St., Wilson, NY 14172 with the Pastor, Rev. Ron Haefer officiating. Burial will follow in North Ridge Cemetery, Church Rd., Town of Cambria. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church.
