Obituary of Franklin D. Pardee

Franklin D. Pardee, age 79 of Friendship, NY formerly of Niagara Falls, died Sunday November 6, 2016 in the Niagara Hospice House in Lockport, NY after a long illness.
Frank was born December 13, 1936 in Arcadia, PA, the son of the late Robert Clayton and Cleo (Moore) Pardee. He was a graduate of Purchase Line High School in PA and lived most of his life in Niagara Falls before moving to Friendship in 1997. Frank was employed as a Chemical Operator by the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., in Niagara Falls, NY for 38 years, retiring in 1995.
Frank enjoyed driving/traveling and gardening. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and was most enthusiastic about all motorsports.
Frank married Pamela J. (Bickler) Pardee on October 14, 2007 in Friendship, NY. In addition to Pamela he is survived by his children, Brian F. (Linda) Pardee of Lewiston, Colleen K. Pardee of Bisbee, AZ, and Douglas A. (Ana) Pardee of Falmouth, MA; his grandchildren, Vince, Blixa, Isabel, and Emilia; his great grandsons, Matt and Joey, as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by three brothers, Clayton "Bud", Ray, and Kenneth Pardee and a sister, Lesta Pennington.
Friends may call at HARDISON FUNERAL HOME, 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville on
Thursday from 4 - 7 pm. Funeral Services will be held Friday, November 11, at 11:00 AM in the funeral home, with the Rev. Brad Delp officiating. Burial will follow in North Ridge Cemetery, Church Rd., Town of Cambria. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport, NY 14094.
