Obituary of Rosanne L. Moje

Rosanne L. Moje, age 62, a lifelong resident of Ransomville, died unexpectedly at her home on Thursday July 14, 2016.
Rosanne was born April 6, 1954 in Ransomville, the daughter of the late Floyd F. and Lucille (Diez) Frey. She was a 1972 graduate of Wilson High School and received her A.A.S. Degree from Niagara County Community College. On July 20, 1974 she married Thomas J. Moje. Rosanne has been employed by the Town of Porter for many years, serving in various positions. She worked as a Crossing Guard at the W.H. Stevenson Elementary School in Ransomville until its' closing. Most recently Rosanne was employed as a customer service representative for Lazy Lakes Camping Resort in Cambria. She was a member of the Ransomville United Methodist Church and had served as the Porter Deputy Town Historian. She loved her family and her cats.
In addition to her husband, Tom, she is survived by her daughters, Carey A. (Douglas) Kelly, Kelly M. and Katie L. Moje all of Ransomville; her grandchildren, Riley Watts, Madison R. and Graci M. Kelly; and a sister, Judy (Don) Wilson of Pittsford, NY. She was predeceased by a brother, Blair "Bummer" Frey.
A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, July 21, at 11:00 AM in the Ransomville United Methodist Church, 2573 Youngstown-Lockport Rd., Ransomville, with the Rev. Matthew Worley officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Ransomville Vol. Fire Co. Ambulance Fund, PO Box 239, Ransomville, NY 14131. Arrangements have been entrusted to HARDISON FUNERAL HOME, 3648 Ransomville Rd., Ransomville, NY.
