Mrs. Taylor made a difference in the lives of many students, parents and staff members during her illustrious career at Wilson Central. Her legacy lives on in the many staff members currently employed, who were lucky enough to have been in her class, and who are continuing her great work. Please accept my heartfelt condolences on your loss.

So sad to know that Roberta is gone. I knew her as "Berta", Cheryl's big sister and then for a year as Miss Freatman when she was my 10th grade English teacher. Love to your family, especially Cheryl.

Nothing saddens me more then hearing this terrible news. She was a great woman whom did more then just taught me, she shaped my mind. As a mischievous and sometimes troubled youth most teachers looked past me. Never Ms. Taylor. She helped me focus and find interest in writing, which she helped me truly see i had a talent for. She made me realize why we had teachers. She embodied what it meant to educate our youth. It's more then just an understatement to say she was my favorite teacher. I still speak of her to this day and i hope she knew just how much she meant to me. To all her family I'm so terribly sorry for your loss she was definitely one of the good ones. And to Ms.Taylor you will be sorely missed.

So shocked to ohear this and my condolances to the whole family. Roberta was in my wedding in 1974 at St. Peter's Lutheran church. She was also my cheerleading coach and made the experience fun. We remained friends long after and then lost touch. I will remember her fondly and all the fun we had. Blessings to all of you. Debby Schuler Cobb.

She was my favorite teacher. Her brother was in my graduating class... but I didn't know him well. It was so sad and took so much out of her when he passed. She helped with Make up Club and was always there to answer questions of any kind. My sister and I went back to see her a few times when ever we were home. She was an amazing woman. I am so sorry for your loss
