Obituary of James M. Lepsch

James M. Lepsch, age 75 of Ransomville, died Monday May 16, 2016 in Mt. St. Mary's Hospital in Lewiston after a brief illness.
Jim was born September 19, 1940 in Buffalo, NY, the son of the late Mathias and Eleanore (Briester) Lepsch. He received his Master of Engineering from Clarkson College in 1962 and began a 25 year career with Bell Aerospace in Wheatfield. Jim retired from Sierra Technologies in Cheektowaga in 1994 after 8 years of service.
Jim was a communicant of St. Bernard's RC Church in Youngstown and a member of the Tonawanda Creek Model Engineers Club. He enjoyed working on his farm and bird watching.
On May 14th he celebrated 50 years of marriage to Donna J. (Moreton) Lepsch. In addition to Donna he is survived by his children, Jamie (Shana) Lepsch and Christa ("R.J.") Zimmerman both of Ransomville, Thomas (Erin) Lepsch of West Seneca, Katherine (Brian) Peck and Peter (Jaime) Lepsch both of Ransomville, and Joseph (Aimee) Lepsch of Williamsville; a sister, Elaine (late Lee) Swezey and a brother, David Lepsch both of Attica, NY; and twelve grandchildren. He was predeceased by a brother, Timothy Lepsch.
Friends may call at HARDISON FUNEAL HOME, 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville on Thursday from 3 - 7 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 20, at 10:00 AM in St. Bernard's RC Church, Hinman and Second Sts. Youngstown, with the Rev. Msgr. David G. LiPuma officiating.
