Obituary of Theresa V. Moley

Theresa V. Moley, age 89 of Wilson, passed into the arms of her Lord on Thursday April 28, 2016 at Our Lady of Peace Nursing Care Residence in Lewiston, with her loving family at her side. Theresa was born August 22, 1926 in Buffalo, NY, the daughter of the late Anthony and Pelegia(Kwiatkowski) Malinowski and attended local catholic schools. On August 30, 1947 she married Anthony J. Moley and they moved to Wilson in 1956. Theresa began working as a legal secretary. She then worked as a school bus driver for the Ransomville Bus Lines and Ridge Road Bus Lines, from 1966 to 1976. Theresa was an active communicant of St. Brendan on the Lake RC Church in Wilson where she was a member of the Altar Rosary Society. She loved to cook and bake, and was an avid reader. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her family. She is survived by her beloved husband, Anthony; her children, Anthony Moley (Candace) of Prescott, AZ, Cecelia "Sis" (late John) Fitzsimmons, Michael (Bridget) Moley, Mary (Donald) Palacios, and John (Lynne) Moley all of Wilson; a sister, Florence Zuccarili of Plant City, FL; thirteen grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers, Joseph and Theodore Malinowski, and three sisters, Cecelia Moskal, Dorothy Kaczynski, and Mary Hanson. Friends may call at HARDISON FUNERAL HOME, 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville on Sunday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, May 2, at 12:00 Noon in St. Brendan on the Lake RC Church, 345 Lake St., Wilson, with the Rev. Jozef Dudzik officiating. (Please assemble at Church) Burial will follow in North Ridge Cemetery, Church Rd. Town of Cambria. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Our Lady of Peace NCR, 5295 Lewiston Rd., Lewiston, NY 14092.
