Obituary of Patricia J. McGrew

Patricia J. McGrew, age 60 of Newfane NY, died Wednesday April 20, 2016 in the Mt. St. Mary's Hospital in Lewiston, after a brief illness.
Patricia was born in Lockport, the daughter of the late Harold and Betty (Meloon) Lockwood.
She married Eugene F. McGrew on July 7, 1979. Together they raised three sons, Thomas McGrew of Lockport, and Eugene (Kristi) and James McGrew both of Newfane. Patricia enjoyed her animals, being outdoors, and mostly spending time with her family.
Her husband, Eugene, predeceased her on July 2, 2010. In addition to her three sons, she is survived by Aiden and Lily McGrew and 5 other grandchildren; two sisters, Diane Redman and Kathy Danker; five brothers, David, Paul, Pete, Chris, and Harold Lockwood; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers, Joe Meloon and David Lockwood, and a sister, Darlene Pentwright.
Her children will be receiving family and friends at Patricia's residence on Friday, April 22, after 3:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Assoc., PO Box 3049, Syracuse, NY 13270-3049. Arrangements have been entrusted to HARDISON FUNERAL HOME, 3548 Ransomville Road, Ransomville.
