Bob and Pat, I'm so sorry to hear of the passing of your mother, Lois. She was fortunate to have a wonderful son and daughter-in-law to be a part of her life. She raised a compassionate son and I am sure she was so proud of the man he has become. I am sure she will be greatly missed by the both of you.

Pat and Bob:
This was a sad day reading about your Mom. I loved her from the first time I talked to her at the pharmacy. We had lost our Mom about that time. When Lois and I talked I felt so much like I was talking to my Mom. Both your Mom and Dad were special folks....those downright good people that you don't see as much now-a-days.
She carried herself with such grace, even though she was dealing with medical issues. I think of her as a role model in that way, and only hope I could act as kind and loving as she always did.
May God touch you with comfort and fond memories as you deal with this difficult loss.
The street just won't be the same without her.
With Love and our prayers,
Laurie and Jon

Mom, you were a wonderful Mother/Mother-In-Law...your love will remain with me always. Your kindness, generosity toward me and a ton of other people will never be forgotten.
I took your address book and Bob of course called some friend's, and I did the rest. Everyone of your friend's (no matter if they knew you for 60+ YRS or only a few) repeated the exact words similar to: oh what a loss! She was such a lovely lady.
I'll miss her greatly. she was always so kind to me. What a nice and kind lady. She was a wonderful neighbor and friend. She never said a bad word about anybody, she was wonderful to work with. I remember when..... Oh, no, not Aunt Lois! She was like a second Mother to me. She brought me to meet my Mother for the first time when I was born. What a wonderful Nurse and the compliments just continued to flow to the point my heart overflowed with gratitude for Mom. She had so many people praying for her that too touched our hearts , deeply. She taught me so many things about cooking, and growing to be the person I am today. The one main thing Mom & Dad (Lois & Jim) taught me was
Don't let today....spoil the rest of your life.
I love you Mom, but I know you are Happy and in no pain and Jesus, Dad and many family members and dear friend's greeted you with open arms when you arrived in Heaven. May you rest in Peace, Love, Pat
