You were a Miracle that God sent into all our lives. We didn't always understand you, but we always loved you. Our parents did their very best to love and have you cared for when the going got too much for us at home. We are so grateful to the State of NY for their wondrous services and loving and caring workers that took you under their wings. Rest now, little Timmy, we know you're in the Arms of our Heavenly Father.
