Earle Zortman

Earle E. Zortman, age 72 of Ransomville, died unexpectedly on Friday August 21, 2015 at his home. Earle was born September 23, 1942 in Clearfield, PA, the son of the late Isaac and Olive (Thompson) Zortman Lindemuth and has lived in Ransomville since 1988. Earle retired from Apollo Steel in Niagara Falls after many years. In December of 1977 he married Linda (Pollow) Zortman who predeceased him on March 17, 2008. Earle enjoyed camping and was an avid NY Yankees fan. He is survived by his son, Earl A. Zortman of Lewiston; a brother, Walter (Daphne) Zortman of Billings, MT and a sister, Kathy Godwin of Clearfield, PA. He was predeceased three brothers, Gene, Richard, and Arthur Zortman, and a sister, Mary Massoni. Friends may call at HARDISON FUNERAL HOME, 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville on Thursday, August 27, from 6 - 8 pm. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.
