I never had the privilege of meeting Thelma, but knew her through her generosity to others. Over the years, Thelma sent me a number of beautiful knitted hat and blanket sets, which I passed on to the nurseries of local hospitals. Many babies got off to a cozy start wrapped in these gifts of love.
I'm grateful for her good work. Keeping her and your family in prayer.

How sad I was to learn of Aunt Thelma's passing. It's hard to say good bye to our loved ones, but knowing that we will see them again in heaven can give great joy and comfort.
It is my hope that the special memories you have of Aunt Thelma will bring you comfort and joy during this difficult time.

Thelma grew up in the toughest times, still in the great depression. She was my next door neighbor and part of a large family of 7 children. Her father and mother worked hard to support the family. Thelma had her jobs to do each day like children did at that time, cleaning the cabins was one I remember. We did not have baseball fields Thelma helped make one and keep it in condition to play. I have many memories of her and I am sure our Lord will have a special place for her.
