Dear Barbara, Holly, and Family
Sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. Dick Webb was a great neighbor, Civic Leader, and Friend. I'll always remember his personal kindness, assisting me every morning with my physical therapy program at 7:00 AM sharp, as well as Our many animated conversations over the years. You all will be in my prayers.
