Glenn Alan Houser, age 62 of Ransomville, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Tuesday February 10, 2015.
Glenn was born October 2, 1952 in Niagara Falls, NY, the son of the late Gordon and Vernetta (Graver) Houser. He grew up in Niagara Falls and graduated from Niagara Wheatfield High School. Glenn was employed as a Crane Operator by Wendt's Dairy in Niagara Falls for 30 years, retiring in 2008 and had recently worked part time at the Top's Market in Lewiston for 3 years. He enjoyed going to the movies, bingo and taking his grandchildren to the park. Glenn was also a Dallas Cowboys and Elvis fan.
He was married to Susan Jean (Fitzsimmons) Houser on October 19, 1979. Susan predeceased him in 2009. He is survived by his children, Kelli (Daniel) Heigl, Matthew and Nathan (Meghan) Houser, Laura (Justin) Tiedemann, and Lindsay (Matthew) Kijowski; his grandchildren, Megan and Tara Heigl, Kylie, Kaydence, and Tayvyn Tiedemann; and a sister in law, Cynthia Houser. He was predeceased by his brother, Wayne Houser.
Friends may call at HARDISON FUNERAL HOME, 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville on Saturday, February 14, from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm at which time the Funeral Services will be held.
