Obituary of Christine M. Westmorland

Christine M. "Chrissy" Westmorland, age 47 of the Town of Cambria, died Thursday November 20, 2014 in Niagara Hospice House in Lockport, after a lengthy illness. Chrissy was born January 9, 1967 in Niagara on the Lake, Ontario, the daughter of Frank and Christine (Mearns) DeLine. She was a 1985 graduate of Wilson High School and also graduated from Bryant & Stratton in 1987. Chrissy had worked as a secretary and in the sales department of Fenton, Weber, and Jones in North Tonawanda. She then worked as a school aid and secretary at St. Peter Lutheran Church School in the Town of Cambria. The last 4 years Chrissy was employed as a Dealer by the Seneca Niagara Casino in Niagara Falls, NY. She was a member of St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church at North Ridge and was also a past president of the School's PTA. She is survived by her parent's Frank and Christine P. (Mearns) DeLine of the Town of Cambria; her children, Candace M., Christine M., and Cody M. Westmorland all of the Town of Cambria; her siblings, Frank (Frieda), Brett (Linda), Mary Jane (Bob), Morris (Barb), Nelson (Colleen), and Nathan (Jennifer); a foster sister, Rita Warner; and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call Monday, November 24, from Noon to 3:00 pm at St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church at North Ridge, 4169 Church Rd. Town of Cambria. A Memorial service will begin in the Church at 3:00 pm with the Rev. Robert Hoffman officiating. Memorials may be made to St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church at North Ridge, 4169 Church Rd., Lockport, NY 14094, Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport, NY 14094, or to a Charity of one's choice.
