I was so sorry to see the passing of Marian. I was out of town or I would have attended the showing. So much of my teen years were spent around the Carpenter household that just the thought of Marian brings back so many memories. I recall how she was always asking me what I wanted to do with my future. Her and the family introduced me to new cultural adventures along with so many wonderful family and friends.
Even after drifting apart from the family when I would see her at Mt. St. Mary's Hospital volunteering, she would always ask about my mom and dad. She was a wonderful part of my teen years. Often making me think ahead, keeping me in line from time to time and always showing that she truely cared. While I know the family will miss her dearly, Marian will always hold a special place in my heart and mind.

Mrs. Carpenter was a dear neighbor and special friend of my practice. I enjoyed our many years together. To those who mourn her loss I pray that your memories of happier days will bring you much comfort.

We were Marian's neighbor for nearly 30 years. She was the sweetest lady. Our fondest memories of Marian is when she walked a few times a day, every day. She would stop in front of our home on Callan Drive and we would catch up. Always had such great enthusiasm. At Christmas time, she would often wrap a beautiful precious moments tree ornament and a lovely card for my family. I haven't lived in the neighborhood for about 3 three years but will always remember Marian's smiling face. She will be missed by many. Please accept our deepest sympathy in the loss of your loved one.

What a wonderful photograph of "Aunt Marian"! I hope in a shorter time than you think, each of you will smile when you see your mom, grandmother or aunt of friend. May peace be with you all and we are all thankful to have been touched by this lovely woman.
May she be at peace.
Hope to get out of work tomorrow and see you in person.
Sincerely,
Cheryl Oliver on behalf of Virginia Moretti's family.

Janet & Linda and Family -
We are so sorry to hear about the passing of your mom. As we use to say in the 60's, she was a 'neat' lady. She was so kind and loving and always tried to help people. We know she has a special spot in heaven.
Love -
Butch and Barb
