Dear Susan and Elizabeth, I was the neighbor across the street in the yellow ranch for many years. Elizabeth, you came over and played in the back yard with my 3 children when you were very small. Your grandma and grandpa talked about you with such love and pride. When Peter's dear wife passed away he showed up at my front door and I had never seen him at such a loss for words. He brokenly told me about her death and then just collapsed in my arms as I tried to console him. I have always admired such love and devotion in a married couple and it seems that they truly had that. I divorced and moved away in 1990 --- did not see your dad/grandpa since but I often thought about him. He was such an intelligent man with a quick wit and sparkle in his eye. My thoughts and condolences to the family at this sad time. He lived a great life and has now been reunited with his sweet, soft spoken wife. Sue Coleman

Peter was an inspiration to me the last 3 months. I learned so much in that short time with him. The closeness of in-home relationship can grow on a person. Upon entering, Peter would say, "Hello my friend" and I in return. We exchanged many "high fives"(good Drs report, good day, felt good, or liked something I had said) Daily he thanked me for "making him "feel so good". His sense of humor and wit were like no other. He was always a step ahead (mentally) Peter my friend, I am thrilled that you are once again with the love of your life. I will miss you forever. You were a great friend, kind man, caring man, and THANKFUL man! I thank you, you will always hold a special place in my heart! RIP Peter, breathe easy, run freely, and eat all the desserts you want:) Always missed, Never forgotten!
