Obituary of Beatrice L. Moshier

Beatrice L. "Bea" Moshier, age 86 of Ransomville, died Tuesday October 22, 2013 in Absolut Care of Gasport surrounded by her loving family. Bea was born October 5, 1927 in Stowe Creek, NJ, the daughter of the late Alpheus and E. Lucile (Ewing) Garrison and lived here most of her life. She was a Babysitter for area families for over 60 years, retiring in 2005. Bea married Edwin W. Moshier on April 12, 1958. Ed predeceased her in 2010. Bea enjoyed bowling at Beverly Lanes in Niagara Falls, NY for many years. She is survived by her children, David (Joanne) Garrison of Wilson, Marie (Brian) Waild of Medina, Mark (Tammy) Moshier of Ransomville, Brian (Valerie) Moshier of Getzville, NY and Nancy (Leigh) Hillman of Ransomville; her grandchildren, Andrew and Matthew Hillman, Nicholas, Raeann, and Benton Moshier; a brother, Joseph (Margaret) Ewing of Niagara Falls, NY; and a sister, Esther Theis of Phoenix, AZ. She was predeceased by two brothers, Henry and Thomas Ewing. Friends may call at HARDISON FUNERAL HOME, 3648 Ransomville Rd. Ransomville on Thursday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM. Funeral Services will be held Friday, October 25, at 11:00 AM in the funeral home. Burial will follow in North Ridge Cemetery, Church Rd., Town of Cambria.
