Obituary of Michele Figura

Michele Figura, age 61 of Ransomville, died unexpectedly on Sunday September 29, 2013 in Mt. St. Mary's Hospital in Lewiston. Michele was born December 10, 1951 in Niagara Falls, NY, the daughter of the late Daniel and Mayme (Antolene) DeLill. She was a 1969 graduate of Lewiston Porter High School and became a licensed hair dresser, working for Francesco's Hair Salon in Lewiston. For the past 261/2 years Michele as been employed as a secretary by Mt. St. Mary's Hospital, most recently on the 6th floor. Michele was a communicant of Immaculate Conception RC Church in Ransomville. She enjoyed reading and watching movies. Most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends. She was especially fond of her beloved dog, "Millie". She is survived by a daughter, Gina Figura and a son, Nicholas Figura both of Ransomville; her sisters, Carol Burmaster of Ransomville, Patricia Zahno and Mary Jo (Joe) LaDuca both of Lewiston; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by an infant son, Nathan. Friends may call at HARDISON FUNERAL HOME, 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville on Wednesday from 4 - 8 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, October 3, at 10:00 AM in Immaculate Conception RC Church, 4671 Townline Rd.(Rte 429) Ransomville, with the Rev. Joseph Badding officiating. (Please assemble at Church). Burial will follow in North Ridge Cemetery, Church Rd., Town of Cambria. Memorials may be made to a Charity of one's choice. .
