Obituary of Chester R. Sulinski, Sr.

Chester Richard Sulinski, Sr., age 74 of Ransomville, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, September 17, 2013. Chet was born December 31, 1938 in Niagara Falls, NY, the son of the late Stanley and Elfreda (Kcuik) Sulinski and was a 1956 graduate of Lewiston Porter High School. He was employed by TAM Ceramics in Niagara Falls, NY for 42 years, retiring as a Maintenance Supervisor. He attended the Ransomville Free Methodist Church. Chet loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and camping. What he cherished most was his wife, children, and grandchildren. He devoted his life to his family and always put them before himself. He is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Donna (Woolson) Sulinski; his children; Darlyn (Tony) Hall of Youngstown; Chester R. (Amy) Sulinski, Jr. of Ransomville, and Sherri (Sulinski) Stover of Wilson; his grandchildren, Angela (Pete) Billings of Illinois, Amanda Sulinski of Ransomville, Megan and Holly Stover of Wilson; a brother, Stanley (Eleanor) Sulinski of Florida; a sister, Camille (Jerry) Duret of California; and a step brother, Leo (Kathy) Chrzanowski of Texas. He was predeceased by his step father, Leo Chrzanowski; and his father and mother in law, Newton C. and Helen Woolson. Chet's family will receive friends at the Ransomville Free Methodist Church, 3924 Ransomville Rd., Ransomville on Saturday, September 21, from 10:00 to 11:00 am. Funeral Services will begin at 11:00 am with the Rev. William Lowery officiating. Burial will follow in Oakland Rural Cemetery, Youngstown. Arrangements have been entrusted to HARDISON FUNERAL HOME, 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville.
