Obituary of Carolyn Bailor

Carolyn Bailor, age 70 of Youngstown, died Thursday November 29, 2012 in Niagara Hospice House in Lockport, after a lengthy illness. Carolyn was born June 15, 1942 in Mahaffey, PA, the daughter of the late William A. and Kathleen E. (Frampton) Elliott. She was graduate of Pennsmanor High School in Heilwood, Pa. Carolyn married Walter Bailor on April 14, 1977 and they have resided in Youngstown since 1980. She had worked as a Respiratory Therapist and an EKG Technician at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center for a total of 30 years. Carolyn had also graduated from Niagara County Community College, certified in Childcare. She enjoyed reading, crafting, and being with young children, and was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Niagara Falls. She is survived by her husband, Walter; two sons, W. "Jake" (Jennifer) Adams of Ransomville and Scott (Amy) Adams of Blythe, AK; her grandchildren, Jessica, Cory Robert, Grace Ashley, Tayler Dawn, Ashley Jane, and Jacob Elliott. Funeral Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Memorials may be made to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport, NY 14094. Arrangements have been entrusted to HARDISON FUNERAL HOME, 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville.
