Kristen M. Allender, age 50 of Niagara Falls NY, died Tuesday September 4, 2012 in the Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.
Kristen was born December 5, 1961 in Niagara Falls, NY, the daughter of the late Albert J. and Jean (Murphy) Allender. She was a 1980 graduate of Lewiston Porter High School and received an Associate's Degree from Niagara County Community College. For the past 20 years, Kristen has been employed as an Occupational Health Aide at the Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Kristen enjoyed cooking, traveling, the Buffalo Bills, and gaming.
She is survived by her husband, Theodore F. Seelbinder of Niagara Falls; three brothers, Matthew A. Allender of Nampa, ID, James R. (Darcy) Allender of Lewiston, and David J. (Joann) Allender of Youngstown; two sisters, Amy J. (Craig) Polley and Katherine (Sean) Winter both of Youngstown; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at HARDISON FUNERAL HOME, N. Fourth & Ridge Streets, Lewiston on Monday, September 10, from 2 - 6 pm. A memorial service will begin at 6:00 PM in the funeral home, with the Rev. Msgr. Thomas Moran officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Youngstown Volunteer Fire Co., Ambulance Fund, PO Box 387, Youngstown, NY 14174.
