To my father,i knew how much i loved you and spent almost every moment i could with you. with what you taught me. you knew i was there for you when others werent or when others just wanted something from you.the only thing i ever wanted from you was your knowledge and i got alot of it from you and you make me the strongest person. i am truly privileged to have a father like you. i will take care of your unfinished business. and you knew who really loved you and who was there for you in your darkest moments. As the real buttery family, your wife and my mom, Valerie, the daughter and my sister that you gave so much and did whatever you could, Briana, and there was me, named after the two GREATEST MEN OF MY LIFE, You first, and papa second, the man that loved you like his son, Daniel Edward Buttery.we all knew who you love the most because you spent the most time with us.plus with your extended family, Susan and Brenda. they loved you like a brother..in the end i am truly sadden by the GREATEST man i called dad or my father, I am glad i was able to spend alot of time with you even in the end, we had the closest bond as a father and son should have, i know you are around me and inside of me to make me the strongest "lil" danny. I LOVE YOU DAD..I will miss you

Dear Valerie and family,
So many thoughts and memories rush back to the days when Uncle Donald and Aunt Ada Mae would come to our house in Ransomville and we would play (Danny and I were the same age).
My regret is that I moved so far from my cousins. Thus, as the years went on we went our separate ways, but in my heart we always remained family. By fate, my son, Monty, met Dan Jr. recently and they have mutual friends, so the family ties go on.
Please accept my most heartfelt sympathies for your loss … my thoughts are with you and your family during this most difficult time. May your hearts find peace and comfort.
