I am so thankful I got to see Uncle Ed and talk to him in April! As soon as I told him who I was, he started in on "Pegsy Wegsy was a bear...." That was how he teased me ever since I was a very little girl! It blessed my heart to hear him say it to me one more time! I am so sorry Paul, Danny, and Marlene that you have had to say goodbye to your parents in such a short time. My love and sympathies to all your families. Wish I could be there. Love, Peg

Conrad, I send my love to you during this sad time. Your grandfather was fortunate to have such a loving grandson. I understand why you supported him, such a loving man. My mother and I extend our deepest sympathies to you. Unfortunately, we will not be able to be there to remember him. Just know that he touched many people as did Jane. Love, Ann

Edmund played a memorable part in my young life. We played in the Pekin Firemen's band together, and I helped him and his father build his house .I learned a lot about cars from him, too. I was fortunate to visit him and Jane last summer..His family has my sincerest sympathy.

Dear Paul, Dan and Marlene,
I am so saddened to learn of Uncle Ed's death. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers. I had intended to be there with you for the service but as of last night responsibilities here prevented me from coming.
I have fond memories of visiting with Uncle Ed, going to the races and simply talking about cars, hit-and-miss engines and life in general. One of my favorite memories is of a time he and your mother visited in Lewisburg. My parents and I along with your parents took a day trip to Hershey PA where the American Antique Automobile Club had its annual national meet. We saw hundreds of cars. Your dad was like a kid in a candy store and we know how he loved candy. I had the entire day with him to ask about cars. The trip to Hershey and back as well as the time there was non stop questions from me to him about cars. What an encyclopedia he was and I was in antique automobile heaven with him. I have no idea what the other three did the entire day, they were there but I was just with Uncle Ed.
Please accept my most sincere condolences. I know not of the burden you carry.
With fond recollections, Roger
P.S. Debbie mentioned the thoughts of a possible McCollum Reunion. That would be wonderful at some time. If I can be of any assistance, I would be glad to do so.

Dan Adams was an amazing man. He was a great thecaer and coach who was loved by his students. He was admired and respected by his colleagues. We will all miss Dan. Dan loved his family and was so excited when he became a grandpa. May your family find comfort knowing that Dan is now free from his pain. ~When someone you love becomes a Memory, that memory becomes a Treasure~ Your memories of Dan will help you as you go through this difficult time. Marie Remember that everyone at Wasatch is your family and we love you.Love ~ Debbie Lund
