Obituary of John W. Coleman

John W. Coleman, age 43 of Lewiston died unexpectedly on Monday November 21, 2011 in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. John was born December 19, 1967 in Niagara Falls, NY, the son of M. Dolores (Bellmore) Coleman of Lewiston and the late James W. Coleman. A lifelong resident of Lewiston, he was a 1985 graduate of Lewiston Porter High School. John had worked for his family's printing business and took over the operations in 1994 after the death of his father. John was a member of the Lower Niagara Moose Lodge # 584 in Lewiston and the Niagara River Anglers Association. He loved boating and fishing on his boat the "Mr. C", NASCAR especially Jeff Gordon, his cat, "Mr. Midnight" , and camping at Lazy Lakes in Cambria. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his loving companion, Liz "Baby Luv" Kilmer of Lewiston and her daughter, Sarah Frain; two sisters, Mary Coleman of Niagara Falls, NY and Elizabeth (Sean) McAllister of Lewiston; a brother, David Coleman of New Jersey; two nieces, Jennifer Oakes and Maggie McAllister and a nephew, James Bridgeman. Friends may call at HARDISON FUNERAL HOME, N. Fourth & Ridge Streets, Lewiston on Friday from 4 - 8 pm. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, November 26, at 10:00 AM in St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 400 Ridge St., Lewiston, with the Rev. Joe Kozlowski officiating.
