Dear Rebecca,Tim, Kristen and
Charles, What words could ever ease the pain you experience at this sad time? I remember each of you so fondly-practically since I arrived nearly 30 years ago. I ofen enjoyed seeing Ryan in the ER where he accompanied some of the folks entrusted to his care. What a great loss for Riverside and the entire community. Sadly, I'll not be back until too late this evening to make a visit at Hardison's- know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. May memories of happier days, your faith and suport of friends bring you comfort. Love and Prayers, Robert Bull, M.D.

Dear Henderson Family,
You are deeply in my thoughts and prayers. I was so saddened to hear the news of Ryan. He seemed to accomplish so much in his life. It seems that he overcame a lot and really cared about people in need. I know Ryan meant so much to Rivershore and the residents. My husband Mike works for Rivershore and I cherish people that have compassion and dedication for Rivershore and their residents. He will be sadly missed by the Lewiston Community. Dear Henderson Family, I met Ryan when he was young and foolish, 12 years ago, when he came to work at Rivershore. I feel like we watched him grow up into a caring and dedicated man. He had his craaaazy sence of humor and I am so grateful that he was in my life and I will always have a smile on my face when I think about Ryan.
Thank all of you for nurturing his dedication and his humor. I am so sorry for your loss.

His commitment to our men and women and their quality of life was an integral part of his daily life! He had a wonderful sense of humor and could lighten even serious discussions with his wit. I have very fond memories of being a little 7 or 8 year old, happily playing away with Kristen at the Henderson's home (even though Ryan was always a classmate, the girls had to stick together!) Ryan was always so tolerant of us "giggling girls". My heart goes out to Kristen, and to Mr. and Mrs. Henderson. Our thoughts are with you all during this time.

Our Rivershore family is deeply saddened by the sudden and untimely loss of our good friend and colleague. Ryan devoted himself to the Rivershore Mission and always did his utmost for the people we serve and support. More than anything else it was the commitment Ryan showed to do his best for the cause we all believe in that defined him, and the essence of Rivershore. There are many people who are better off because of the help Ryan gave, and they will continue to live a better life thanks to him. Ryan left things better than he found them. I am sure I am not alone in saying I am very glad to have known and worked with Ryan. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Ryan's family and friends. Jeff Sanderson, Executive Director-Rivershore, Inc.

Ryan, my friend, my prayer for you is from Isaiah 40:31:
“those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. As you play with that great band in the sky, you will never be forgotten by those whose lives you have touched during your all too short time on earth.
To Tim and Becky, please find comfort knowing how many people respected and cherished Ryan’s dedication and service to others. To mere mortals, his early passing is a senseless tragedy, but like the ever-increasing ripples on water, his imprint on the world will continue in the memories of those whose lives he has touched with his kindness, devotion, and priceless sense of humor. My hope for you is that the “peace of God, which passes all understanding, {Phil. 4:7) will give you the strength and power to heal what our minds can not fathom. May you be able to remember and treasure all of the joys and triumphs that Ryan accomplished in his short life.
