Obituary of Marilyn L. Peltz

Marilyn L. Peltz, age 86, formerly of Youngstown died Tuesday, October 24th, 2023, at OLP in Lewiston, NY. Marilyn was born on February 18th, 1937, in North Tonawanda, NY. She is the daughter of the late Arthur and the late Helen (Heinrich) Peltz. She attended Niagara Falls Jr. H.S and was last employed as a coordinator at Hanci in Niagara Falls, previously working at numerous health care agencies. Marilyn enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and spending time with her family. She is survived by two daughters; Shelly (Bryan) Meigs and Amy (Christopher) Salada; a son in law, James “Blackie” (Carol) Quarantillo; 6 grandchildren, Dena and Cara Quarantillo (Dominic Zito), Jeremiah (Jennifer) and Nathaniel (Ariana) Meigs, Kyle (Kristen) Nablo and Mari Salada;7 great grandchildren, Dylan, Natalie, Nina, Patrick, Harper, Reagan, and Trace. She is predeceased by a daughter, Pamela Quarantillo and her siblings, Duane (Late Janet) Peltz, Arthur L. Peltz Jr. and June O’Lay. The family would like to send a special Thank You to the staff at OLP for their kind and compassionate care of Marilyn. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, October 28th at Lutheran Church of The Messiah, 915 Oneida St., Lewiston, NY 14092 with Rev. Tim Anas officiating. Burial will be in Niagara Falls Memorial Park, Town of Lewiston.
