Connie radiated joy. She had a great sense of humor, an incredible ability to bring out the best in people, and a contagious smile…..beautiful inside and out, and a heart of gold!
I will never forget the day I came home to find a pedal organ in my living-room . She paid a moving company to install it in my house as a gift to my son. She was always very generous with her time, talents, and resources.
Connie was an entertainer, I always looked forward to the evenings when we got together for dinner, and storytelling that she carefully crafted from her years of traveling and life experience.
Intelligent, compassionate, enthusiastic, energetic, confident, and fearfully independent are some of the characteristics that come to mind when I think of my beloved friend.
She loved God, that was evident when she played the organ, and when she directed the Youth Choir. Her passing leaves a void in so many lives. Now in the presence of her Savior, I am sure she is assembling a heavenly choir to sing eternal praises.
She deeply loved her family, and her nieces, and nephews brought her great joy.
She empowered and inspired those around her. She certainly inspired me.
In this life, we have many acquaintances, but true friends are a gift from God. Connie was a true friend in more ways than words can express. She was always there for me, and that meant so much!
I love her and will miss her, but I will always carry in my heart the wonderful times we shared and the memories we made! God bless her sweet soul, and may she rest from her labors in eternal peace! She was a true blessing in my life!

Connie's presence was amazing, uplifting, and undeniably positive. She was always inclusive and sought to help others find a safe place, their voice, and a community of caring. She brought out your talents, and encouraged you to try ne things. I will never forget some of the fun vocal warm-ups, bending over to bring out different sounds, and finding your best vowel. The story of taking her kiddos to the opera and undulating bosoms will always be a favorite. Thank you Connie for all your encouragement and kindness. May angels lead you in.

Connie always made sure it was fun to be in the choir at St Paul’s Episcopal church , I have such great memories of cantatas, the youth group trips and choir practice and Sunday singing that Connie was involved in for many years. She was very compassionate , funny and had a great zest for life … she will be missed , my condolences and prayers for all who loved her .Tammy Jackson

Connie, an endearing pillar of faith and interest, commanded our choir and FLE hand bell Chimers with equal parts love and laughter. Her remarkable ability to privately acknowledge a clunky note or mistimed chime turned every bungle into a shared secret between us. And in these melodious missteps, her infectious humor sang the loudest.
