Obituary of Mary L. Laughlin

Mary Louise Laughlin, age 82, of Lewiston, wife of the late Matthew Laughlin died Saturday, June 24th, 2023, at Elderwood of Grand Island. Mary was born July 10th, 1940, in Kittanning, PA. She is the daughter of the late Victor and the late Julia (Rizzo) Beretta. Mary was a 1956 graduate of Niagara Falls H.S. She married Matthew Laughlin on October 4th, 1958, he predeceased her on May 25th, 2023.
Mary was a wonderful cook and loved to feed her family and friends any chance she could get. She also liked to travel and playing cards
She is survived by her son, Michael (Julie) Laughlin; her grandchildren, Michael (Courtney) Laughlin Jr. and Andrew (Caitlyn) Laughlin; great granddaughter, Vayda Laughlin. also several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her son Matthew Laughlin and siblings Rachel Pallaci and Phyllis Abbondante.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, June 30th from 10am-12pm at Hardison Funeral Homes Inc., 401 Ridge St. (N. Fourth & Ridge Streets), Lewiston, NY. Funeral services will be held immediately following at 12 Noon. Her burial will be in Niagara Falls Memorial Park Cemetery Lewiston, NY.
