Obituary of Anna E.L. Buttery

Anna E. L Buttery, age 88, of Ransomville, wife of Morris W. “Mike” Buttery died Saturday, March 4th, 2023, at home in Ransomville. Anna was born on March 22nd, 1934, in Lewiston, NY, she is the daughter of the late John A. and the late Anna L. (Hillman) Zimmerman. She married Morris Buttery on August 8, 1964.
Anna enjoyed camping, avid race fan, loved to bowl, had the gift of gab and loved to spend time with her family, enjoyed canning foods, read the newspaper and loved her pet dogs.
Surviving is her husband, Morris W. “Mike” Buttery; their daughter, Annamarie Buttery; her siblings , Albert Zimmerman and Marion DeLude; special nephew Gerald Jefford and numerous other nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is predeceased by her siblings; Harold, Kenneth, James, Junior, Edward and Winifred Zimmerman, Lorraine Pollow, Dorothy Seefeldt and Bessie Bonnett.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, March 10th from 4-8 PM at Hardison Funeral Home, 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville, NY.
Anna’s funeral will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, March 11th in the funeral home. Burial will be in North Ridge Cemetery, Town of Cambria.
