You have my deepest sympathies. Please take consolation in knowing Billy is now reunited with Marcy, JoAnn, and Paul.
I have many fond memories of times with Bill including selling beer at Ransomville speedway , drinking his father’s beer in his garage and basement, and going to races in Syracuse and Watkins Glen. He was truly one of a kind.
