Obituary of Stephen C. Perriello

Stephen (Steve) C. Perriello, age 75, loving husband of Judith died Friday November 25 after a bravely fought battle against cancer. Stephen was born in Philadelphia, son of the late Charles & Cecelia (Hoefler) Perriello. He graduated from Holy Cross H.S. in New Jersey and shortly after enlisted in the USAF. He served from 1967 to 1972 & was in Vietnam for part of his enlistment. Steve was a long time member of St. Peter Lutheran Church and served on the Trustees, finance committee and was past President of the congregation. He was a member of the American Legion O. Leo Curtiss Post 830 in Ransomville. He was employed as a salesman for most of his working career and kept his sense of humor right up to his last day.
He is survived by his wife, Judith (Feist) Perriello, son Matthew (Wendy) Eager, his sister Carol Ann (Kenneth) Cain, grandchildren, Carrigan, Amber, Cory and Emily. He is also survived by many, many nieces and nephews. Steve was predeceased by his siblings, Suzann Stillwaggon and Gregory Perriello.
A memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 1st at St. Peter Lutheran Church, Northridge, 4169 Church Rd, Lockport, NY. (Tn of Cambria)
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, Relay for Life, Attn: 37ZUQK, PO Box 10727, Rochester, NY 14610 or Roswell Park Cancer Center, Elm & Carlton Streets, Buffalo,NY 14263. The care he received from the Doctors, Nurses,& Aides during his illness was amazing. They are all angels. Thank you 7W.
