Obituary of Willard C. Toner

Willard C. Toner January 1, 1936 – October 27, 2022 Willard “Bud” Toner, formerly a 58 year resident of Youngstown, NY passed away under the care of Hospice in Fort Mill, SC on October 27, 2022. He was reunited with his beloved wife of 64 years, Beverly A. (Neff) Toner, who predeceased him just 7 months ago. He was born January 1, 1936 in Coalport, PA to the late Willard and Geraldine (Hewitt) Toner. He was also predeceased by 2 sisters, Barbara Mulhollen and Naomi Jenkins. He graduated from BCI High School Class of 1955 going on to marry Beverly on June 7, 1958. Bud worked almost his entire career at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in Niagara Falls, NY, retiring in 1997 as an Environmental Engineer. He enjoyed spending time with his family and he enjoyed golfing daily during the warm months of his retirement and bowling during the cold months. He is survived by his children Jeffrey (late Eileen Fleck) Toner of Ellicottville, NY and Sharon (Leibert) Danielson of Fort Mill, SC and a brother-in-law, Robert (late Loretta) Neff; grandchildren, Jeffery (Charlotte) Toner of Los Angeles, CA, Robert Toner of NYC, Clarissa Toner of Bemus Point, NY, David Toner of Leavenworth, WA, Scott (Becca) Danielson of Covington, KY, Kevin (Anna) Danielson of San Francisco, CA and Sean Danielson of Charlotte, NC; great grandchildren, Raelyn and Nico Danielson. Calling hours will be held Monday, November 7th from 5-7 PM at HARDISON FUNERAL HOMES, INC., 401 Ridge St., Lewiston (N. Fourth and Ridge St). Private burial will be at Oakland Rural Cemetery.
