Obituary of Evan Bridges

Evan Bridges, 23, of Lockport entered into rest suddenly on September 27th, 2022. He was born on March 17, 1999, in Newfane, NY to Nathan Bridges and Cheryl (James) McKernan. Evan was a graduate of Newfane CSD class of 2017 where he was an active member of the Newfane 378 Robotics team. He was currently employed at Wal-Mart working previously at TOPS in Newfane and Honeymoon Trail Winery. Evan was an avid animal lover, enjoyed playing video games and UNO with his friends Surviving Is his wife, Samantha Bridges (nee Weaver); his parents, Nathan Bridges and Cheryl (James) McKernan; siblings, Emily Claude, Andrew Bridges and Justin and Jacob McKernan; grandparents, Howard Waite, Wayne (Sharon) Bridges and Rosalyn Cooper; great grandmother Ruth Schlichting; Uncles Brandon (Bobbie), Jason (Deanna) Bridges and Jonathan (Brooke) Mills; Great aunts and uncle Nancy Ackerman and Peter (Donna) Schlichting; his in-laws Ronald (Lori) Weaver and several cousins. He is predeceased by his grandmother, Kathryn Waite; uncle, Christopher Waite, great grandparents, Robert Schlichting, Arthur (Late Helen) Waite, Harley (Late Gladys) Bridges and Agnes Braswell. Memorial service will be held at the HARDISON FUNERAL HOMES INC. 3648 Ransomville, Rd. Ransomville ON TUESDAY OCTOBER 4TH AT 1:00 PM. Memorial donations may be made to Niagara Co. Mental Health Association.
