Obituary of Wendy L. Serianni

Wendy L. Serianni, age 81, of Ransomville died Thursday, August 25th, 2022, at Mount St. Mary's Hospital in Lewiston. Wendy was born on March 29th, 1941, in Niagara Falls, NY. She is the daughter of the late Matthew and the late Louise (Lammerts) Billas. She married Anthony Serianni on March 29, 1958, he predeceased her on November 07, 1999. Wendy was employed by NYS Dept. of Labor in Buffalo and NYS Dept. of Taxation and Finance in Buffalo and Rochester as a Bookkeeper. Wendy was a long-time member of Zion Lutheran Church, taught China painting, was a cub scout and boy scout leader, loved to quilt, sew, and travel. Surviving are her children; Michael, Mark (Lisa), April and Todd (Pam) Serianni and Crystal Buchan; a brother Thomas (Marge) Conibear; her grandchildren Jonathan, Adam, Justin, Nicholas, Anthony and Rachel Serianni, Amanda Zimmerman, and Ashley Wiepert; her great grandchildren, Archer, Lincoln, Mila, Veyla Serianni, Annabelle Wirth, James and Maya Zimmerman, Anthony, and Jacob Wiepert. Calling hours will be on Monday, August 29th from 3-7 PM at Hardison Funeral Home, 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville, NY 14131. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, August 30th in the funeral home with Rev. Thomas Mason officiating. Burial will be in Niagara Falls Memorial Park.
