Donna Valoris Logan, age 89, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed peacefully at her home on Tuesday, June 7, 2022. Donna, the daughter of the late Rev. David Earl and Ruby Fye, was born on May 16, 1933, in Mayburg, PA. She graduated from Youngsville High School in 1951 and married Ronald "Ron" L. Logan on July 12, 1952. Donna and Ron enjoyed nearly 70 years together before Donna’s passing. Donna faithfully supported Ron’s role as an evangelical pastor for over 50 years. They shepherded congregations in New York, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, North Carolina and South Carolina. Donna brought honor to everything she did and offered compassion, warmth and dignity to anyone lucky enough to know her. Donna was also a talented musician and regularly participated in church worship by singing together with Ron and playing piano and organ. In addition to her husband, Donna is survived by her four children; Dennis (Julie) Logan, David (Peggy) Logan, Rhonda (“Jipp”) Ortiz and Darren (Teri) Logan; her sister Susan Elizabeth (Jack) Bechtel; 17 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brother David Decker (Jeanie) Fye. A Celebration of life will take place at the Ransomville Free Methodist Church on August 6th 2022 at 11:00 AM.
