Obituary of Eileen L Musall

Eileen L. Musall, 73, of Sanborn, NY, died December 2, 2010 in the Niagara Hospice House, Lockport, after a short illness. Born in Gowanda, NY, November 29, 1937 to the late Arthur and Louise (Dombros) Ellis. She was a graduate of Cattaraugus High School in 1954 and the Gowanda State Hospital, School of Nursing in 1957. On June 13, 1959, she was married to Rev. David J. Musall, Sr. and lived in Minneapolis, MN, St. Louis, MO, and Ontonagon, MI, before returning to Western NY in 1967. Her husband predeceased her on March 22, 2003. Eileen was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church at North Ridge, Town of Cambria, where she was active in all church activities. She also enjoyed sewing, embroidery for fund raisers and was a volunteer for the American Red Cross for many years. Eileen is survived by four children, Dawn (Robert) Clark of Pearland, TX, Douglas (Melissa) Musall of Lockport, NY, David "Chopper" (Lisa) Musall, Jr. of Cattaraugus, NY, and Arthur (Tami) Musall of Sanborn, NY; eight grandchildren, Amanda, Daniel, Macgregor, Megan, Michelle, Evan, Benjamin and Karelyn; a brother, James (Shirley) Ellis; three sisters, Barbara (Donald) Hill, Marie (John) Hill, all of Cattaraugus, NY, and Judi Miller of Wilmington, NC. Friends may call at the HARDISON FUNERAL HOME, 3648 Ransomville Rd., Ransomville, on Saturday from 7-9 PM and Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 6 at 11:00 AM from St. Peter's Lutheran Church at North Ridge, 4169 Church Rd., Town of Cambria at 11:00 AM, with Rev. Alexander Knowles officiating. Burial to follow at St. Peter's Lutheran Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church or Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport, NY 14094.
