Obituary of Louise M. Doty

Louise M. Doty, age 94, of Wilson entered into rest on Friday, April 8, 2022, at home with her family by her side. Mrs. Doty was born on June 11, 1927, in Niagara Falls, NY. She is the daughter of the late Emile and Elmire (Perry) Boudreau. Louise was a graduate of LaSalle H.S. She married William H. Doty on September 10, 1949, who predeceased her on December 16, 1998. Louise cherished spending time with family and friends, taking pride in being a homemaker and being involved in the community. She was a talented seamstress and enjoyed needlepoint. Louise was an active member of the Immaculate Conception RC Church, serving as the past Treasurer of the Rosary Alter Society. She was also a member of the Caritas and multiple local Senior Citizen Groups. Surviving are her children; Linda (Late Jeff) Wassell, Kathaleen (Rick) Adamczyk, Rita (Brian) Twomey, Clyde (Tracie) Doty and Elaine (Douglas) Zahno; 12 grandchildren, Jeffrey Adamczyk, Christine (Jason) DeWald, Jenna Adamczyk, William (Julie Fumanti) Jones, Nadine (Michael) Pantano, Cole Twomey, Joseph Zahno, Kelsey (Patrick) Walch, Kyle, Kaela, Riley, Colton Doty; a great grandson Michael Pantano and several nieces and nephews. Louise is predeceased by her siblings, Leah Knox, Francis Boudreau, and Raymond Boudreau. Calling hours will be Tuesday, April 12th from 3:30-7:30 PM. at Hardison Funeral Home, 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 AM. on Wednesday, April 13th at Immaculate Conception RC Church, 4671 Town Line Rd., Ransomville, NY. Burial will be in North Ridge Cemetery.
