Obituary of Barbara R. Stahl

Please share a memory of Barbara to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
It is both with sadness and great joy that we announce that Barbara Ruth Stahl, 90, passed peacefully from this life into the arms of our Lord on March 31, 2022, surrounded by her family. Barbara was born July 15, 1931 in Lockport, NY. Known for her deep love, gentle wisdom, compassionate heart, generous spirit, and great wit she leaves behind her great legacy of faith for all those who knew her. Barbara or Nanny as her grandchildren called her, breathed her faith into every aspect of her life especially when it came to providing scriptural wisdom in her relationships with others. Her one desire, being for everyone to know her Lord and Savior intimately like she did, since her born again experience on October 17, 1971. She had a great love for family, travel, gardening, and Hallmark movies. Her loving arms were always open to all, but notably to children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and her puppy, Faith. She will be missed by all who knew her, especially by her loving husband, Richard R. Stahl, of 67 years. No viewing or services will be held at this time. In lieu of flowers please give honorarium gifts to Niagara Hospice, Samaritan's Purse, and/or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. .
