Obituary of Suanne E. Polasky

Suanne E. Polasky (nee Evans), age 62, of Gates died Sunday, February 13, 2022, at Monroe Community Hospital in Henrietta, NY. Suanne was born on October 4, 1959, in Lockport, NY. She is the daughter of the late Walter W. and the late Shirley A. (Owens) Evans. Suanne was a 1978 graduate of Wilson CSD going on to pursue an associates degree. She married David W. Polasky on November 2, 1985. She was lastly employed by Liberty School as an Interpreter for the deaf, previously working as a legal secretary and court stenographer for Lester and Lester in Brockport. She is survived by her husband: David W. Polasky; her brother, Dr. Paul (Betsy) Evans and her sister Mary Lou (Greg) Carter; several brother in laws, Kenneth Polasky, James Polasky and Jeffrey (Kathy) Polasky and a sister-in-law Shirlee (Ed) Imes. She I predeceased by her brothers James (Late Maureen O’Connor) Evans and David (Late Vicki Valery) Evans. A memorial service will be held at the Open-Door Baptist Church 350 Scottsville- Chili Rd. Churchville, NY 14428 on Sat. March 5th at 12 Noon. Burial will be in North Ridge Cemetery with her parents. Memorials may be made to the Open-Door Baptist Church.
